Meet the Founder: Eddie K
Eddie K is the founder of EKM Wellness, a coaching platform built on the belief that real change begins with self-awareness.
After years of navigating his own periods of uncertainty, growth, and reinvention, Eddie recognized a gap between knowing you want more—and actually knowing how to move forward.
EKM was created to bridge that gap.
Through a structured, introspective approach, Eddie helps clients examine their patterns, understand who they are at their core, and take aligned action toward the life they want to build.
His work is rooted in clarity, intention, and the belief that once you truly know yourself, everything changes.
